Left Laura's this morning about 10. Pretty hot and humid.  Stopped at a rest area past Richmond.  My motor home fits right in!

Camp Yorktown

Here is the site I've used for 12 days. No shade but  an electric hook up! I checked the rv yesterday and she's ready to roll tomorrow. Shenendoah National Park is my destination.

Flood

Parked in Laura's driveway here in Yorktown. Tremendous rain all day. Roads flooding and sewers backing up! This is the view out my motorhome window.

I did get a chance to check out my fridge and it seems ok.

1st Night

My first night camping was at Pine Grove Furnace State Park in PA. Nice park with woodsy sites. Didn't sight see at all. Lit the fridge and it seemed warm. I will have to check it out.

Just in time

Looks like I left the midwest just in time!!
I was camped at Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore about 15 miles from where the photo was taken.
